These regulations are without prejudice to the provisions to the provisions of the proviso to article 34(2) of the Act.

skip/bin on wheels shall be placed on the site/s indicated by the Council attached site plan provided by the same Council.

authorised person shall ensure that the skip/bin on wheels is emptied ...................... or when it is full, whichever is the earlier.

Skips (General Application) Regulations shall apply to each and every skip/bin on wheels placed in the Council’s locality boundary.

authorised person shall ensure that all preventive precautions for the conservation of the environment and for the protection of the citizen, are implemented. times during the period of authorisation the authorised person shall indemnify the Council against any third party liability or claim arising out in relation to, the placement or use of any such skip/bin on wheels.
