S.L. 363.6 Art. 32Request for funds.

(1) Each year the Minister responsible for finance shall allocate funds to the Association which shall serve for the exercise of its functions.

(2) The Executive Secretary shall by not later then the thirtieth of September in each year make a written request to the Minister through the Registrar for funds as determined in subregulation (1).

(3) Any monies declared to be a surplus in any financial year shall not be set off against the sum allocated to the Association for the next financial year.

(4) When submitting the request as indicated in subregulation (2), the Executive Secretary shall submit also a draft of the business plan.
