S.L. 363.6 Art. 10Resignation of Committee member.

(1) A member of the Committee may at any time resign his office by notice in writing signed by him and delivered to the

Executive Secretary and his resignation shall take effect from the time of the receipt of such notice by the Executive Secretary and his office shall become vacant immediately.

(2) When a resignation occurs the Executive Secretary shall act in accordance with the provisions of regulation 7.
