S.L. 363.239 Art. 9The permitshall be exhibited on the caravan. 

(1) During the time that a caravan is placed in a temporary camping area or elsewhere in accordance with these regulations, the permission to authorise such placement or the notice given to the Department, as the case may be, shall be prominently displayed in the caravan.

(2) A printed permit by the applicant after receiving it electronically from the Council shall also be valid to satisfy the requirements of this regulation.
