S.L. 363.239 Art. 6Applications. 

(1) Without prejudice to the other provisions of these regulations, a person may apply to a Council for permission to place a caravan in one of the areas indicated in the bye-laws with respect to the placing of caravans of the respective localities or in another location in the locality.

(2) An application in accordance with this regulation shall include the following details of the caravan:

(a) size;

(b) whether the caravan has mechanical power or otherwise;

(c) accommodation and food preparation facilities in the caravan;

(d) Repealed by Legal Notice 154 of 2024.

(e) a photo of the caravan.

(3) An application in accordance with this regulation shall specify the dates on which the applicant intends to place the caravan in the locality or temporary camping area.
