S.L. 363.239 Art. 3Applicability without prejudice to other Bye-laws. 

These regulations shall apply between the 1st June and

30th September of every year and shall apply in addition to other bye-

st laws made by a Council prior to the 1 July 2023 with respect to the placing of caravans in the locality in question:

Provided that bye-laws on the placing of caravans in a locality made by a Council after the 1st July 2023 shall only apply between the 1st October and the 31st May of every year unless they are bye-laws which specifically regulate the administration of temporary camping areas established after the 1 July 2023.
