S.L. 363.229 Art. 6Notice and provision of containers. 2 [S.L.

Any commercial establishment situated within any street or public place selling beverages shall,:

(a) affix a notice in Maltese as well as in English as shown in the Schedule to these Bye-Laws, which notice shall be 363.229 (GĦARB LOCAL COUNCIL)

placed in a conspicuous place and be easily legible by the patrons of such commercial establishment;

(b) provide containers made of a material other than glass if such beverage is to be consumed in any public place; and

(c) ascertain the regular cleaning of the area within five(5) meters of the commercial establishment and collection of refuse from bins in the same distance.
