Any person who contravenes any provision of these Bye-

Laws, shall on, conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of two hundred euro (€200) for such contravention together with a further ammenda of fifty euro (€50) for each day during which such contravention of these Bye-laws would have ensued.
