S.L. 363.218 Art. 4Penalties.

Any person who is found loitering in any street in Ħamrun, shall be guilty of a contravention and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of seventy euro (€70), together with a further fine of not more than fifteen euro (€15) for every day during which any of these provisions of these Bye-Laws is breached.
