S.L. 363.217 Art. 6Penalties.

(a) Any owner of any establishment who is in breach of any of the provisions of these Bye-Laws shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of seventy euro (€70) for such contravention, and to a further fine (ammenda) of fifteen euro (€15) for every day during which any of the provisions of these Bye-Laws is breached.

(b) Any person who is in breach of any of the provisions of these Bye-Laws shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of seventy euro (€70).
