S.L. 363.205 Art. 5Penalties.

Any person who acts in contravention of any provision of these Bye-Laws or who contravenes any condition imposed in a permit granted in terms of these Bye-Laws shall, on conviction be liable to a fine (ammenda) of not more than seventy euro (€70) for such contravention.
