S.L. 363.203 Art. 7Penalties.

Any person who in one way or another acts in contravention of any provision of these Bye-Laws, shall on conviction be liable to a fine (ammenda) of seventy euro (€70) for such contravention together with a further fine (ammenda) of ten euro (€10) for each day during which such contravention of these Bye-Laws would have ensued.
