S.L. 363.192 Art. 5Applicability.

These Bye-Laws shall not be applicable to a site or sites identified and approved by the Local Council for this purpose and as long as conditions imposed are observed.

5.1 Sites identified by the Local Council can only be used after an application has been filed to the Local Council and the same Local Council approves such application.
