S.L. 363.183 Art. 6Commercial establishments. 2 [S.L.

Any commercial establishment situated within any street or public place selling beverages, shall:

(a) affix a notice in Maltese as well as in English as shown in the Schedule, which notice shall be placed in a conspicuous place and be easily legible by the patrons of such commercial establishment; and CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IN PUBLIC PLACES 363.183 (VICTORIA LOCAL COUNCIL)

(b) provide containers made of a material other than glass if such beverage is to be consumed in any public place.
