S.L. 363.177 Art. 4Means of identification. Applicability.

Any trailer or encumbering object which passes through or is parked within the locality of Marsaxlokk shall have a means of identification which leads to the person responsible for the same trailer or encumbering object. 5.1 These Bye-laws shall not be applicable to a site or sites, as shown in the Schedule to these Bye-Laws, identified and approved

by the Council for this purpose and as long as conditions imposed are observed. 5.2 Sites identified by the Council shall only be used after an application has been filed to the Council and the same Council approves such application.
