S.L. 363.160 Art. 21Copies of agendas and statements, etc.

The Committee shall, if so requested by any Council or

Councillor furnish:

(a) a copy of the agenda as circulated to members of the Committee; and

(b) such other statements or particulars and a copy of such other documents as are necessary to indicate the nature of any item included in the copy of the agenda so supplied: Provided that the Committee shall, in all cases and free of charge, furnish a copy of the agenda and minutes to the Director and the Association; and

(c) a copy of the minutes so approved by the Committee.
