S.L. 363.152 Art. 6Duties of commercial establishments.

Any commercial establishment situated in the locality selling beverages shall:

(a) affix a notice in Maltese as well as in English as shown in Schedule A, which notice shall be placed in a conspicuous place and be easily legible by the patrons of such commercial establishment; and

(b) provide containers made of a material other than glass if such beverage is to be consumed in any public place.
