The property in the locality of Mosta referred to in article 2

of the Order consists of underground shelter at Pjazza Rotunda, Mosta as shown bordered on plan P.D. 2007_9 attached to the Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of the underground shelter in Pjazza Rotunda Mosta, by Mosta Local Council, signed by the Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and the Mayor and Executive Secretary of the Mosta Local Council on the 27th February, 2007.
