S.L. 36.23 Art. 2Prohibition.

The importation into Malta of any fresh fish, shell-fish, vegetables, fruit or other foodstuffs arriving from any part of the countries set out in the Schedule to this Order is prohibited, unless the Chief Government Medica1 Officer and Superintendent of Public Health is satisfied that any such article is free from contamination or infection.
