S.L. 36.16 Art. 14Notice in writing.

If a customs officer receives in respect of an aircraft a notice in writing from the medical officer under regulation 13, he shall, if he visits the aircraft before the medical officer, deliver the notice to the commander and take all reasonable steps to secure compliance therewith.
