S.L. 36.13 Art. 7Selling and disposal of cattle.

No person shall sell or otherwise dispose of cattle unless and until he has obtained a certificate to the effect that such cattle has been within one month before sale or disposal effectively tested for tuberculosis and found to be free therefrom. Such certificate shall be referred to as the tuberculin test certificate and shall be issued and signed by a government veterinary surgeon.
