S.L. 358.1 Art. 2Notice of appointed day.

It is hereby notified that on the 18th day of February, 1993

the Government of Malta and the Holy See exchanged an official communication that the full implementation of all the provisions of the Agreement through the appropriate legal instruments according to their respective legal system has taken place. The said date is the appointed day for the purposes of the Ecclesiastical Entities (Properties) Act.
