S.L. 350.4 Art. 3Scope of regulations.

All audiovisual media services transmitted by media service providers in Malta shall comply with the rules of the system of law applicable to audiovisual media services intended for the public in Malta as contained in the Broadcasting Act and in subsidiary legislation made thereunder.
