Definition of "Medical Treatment" 4.1. For the purpose of paragraphs 16 to 18 of the Third Schedule to the Broadcasting Act, "medical treatment" includes any form of advice relating to the treatment or cure of maladies or ailment, or any advice relating to health. Part Three
