S.L. 350.29 Art. 4Conditions under which a digital radio broadcasting licence may be issued.

The provisions of the Act which set out the conditions under which a nationwide radio broadcasting service is licensed shall mutatis mutandis apply to a digital radio broadcasting service:

Provided that the Authority may from time to time supplement such conditions or adapt such conditions to the specific exigencies of digital radio broadcasting.
