S.L. 350.2 Art. 2Validity of these regulations in relation to the Act. Cap. 350.

These regulations shall prevail over the provisions of paragraph 1(h) of the First Schedule and paragraph 16 of Part C of the Fourth Schedule to the Broadcasting Act, insofar as the said paragraphs regulate antenna systems or the siting of antenna systems for television broadcasting services. The remaining provisions of the First and Fourth Schedules shall continue to apply to television broadcasting services in respect of matters not specified in these regulations.
