The travelling expenses incurred by Customs weighers and labourers for the purpose of providing any service in respect of which a fee is payable under these regulations shall be those established by regulations 43 and 44 of the Customs Regulations, and shall be refunded to the Comptroller of Customs by the person requesting such service.
