S.L. 35.45 Art. 4Fees to be paid.      Cap. 425. Length of vessel up Under twelve (12) metres rate of €275 by an €125 for additional days of permanence rate of €350 by an €150 for additional days of permanence

(1) Fees shall be due and paid to the Director in accordance with sub-regulations (2) and (3).

(2) The minimum fee due for every vessel entry into the Hard Standing Facility shall be seventy-five euro (€75), which fee shall be due in full irrespective of the amount of time that the vessel remains in the Hard Standing Facility.

(3) The following fees shall be paid to the Director for the services listed in the tables of the Schedule before the vessel is removed from the Hard Standing Facility:

Provided that where the amount due in accordance with these regulations exceeds the amount of seventy-five euro (€75) due and paid in accordance with sub-regulation (2), the said amount paid shall be credited against the total amount due as established in the Schedule. SCHEDULE

TABLE I Fees to be paid for the use of the Hard Standing Facility

The daily fees applicable during which a vessel is kept in the

Hard Standing Facility, up to and including the day of its removal, shall be those provided in the table below, as applicable to fishing vessels registered under the Fisheries Conservation and Management Act.

Such fees shall not include the fees due for the hoisting of vessels as provided under Table II unless otherwise specified in this table.

Such fees do not include fees due for the hoisting of vessels provided under Table VI
