(1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Director" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Fisheries Conservation and Management Act;

"Hard Standing Facility" means the facility under the management of the Director located in Marsaxlokk or any other facility as may be indicated by the said Director from time to time by means of a Government notice in the Gazette.

(2) Unless the context otherwise requires, words and phrases used in these regulations which are not defined in these regulations shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Fisheries

Conservation and Management Act.
