S.L. 35.42 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"booking" means the reservation of any facility listed in Schedule II;

"Centre" or "GISAP" means the Gozo Indoor Sports and Aquatic Pavillion situated in ir-Rabat (Ċittà Victoria), Gozo;

"Centre Manager" means the operational head responsible for managing access, who ensures the authorisation of service users, enforcing conduct and safety rules and ensures compliance with established quality and safety standards at the Centre;

"member" means any person who has paid the membership fee listed in Schedule I;

"Minister means the Minister responsible for Gozo;

"visitor" means a non-member who is granted temporary access in accordance with regulation 4;

"visitor day pass" means a pass which grants a visitor temporary access to the facilities for a single day.
