S.L. 35.41 Art. 3Charging of fees and other expenses.

(1) The fees stipulated in the First Schedule shall be charged and collected by the Department for the use of facilities at the

Park for cultural activities and other activities or events.

(2) Any other expenses, including the provision of water, electricity and telephone services and the hiring of additional staff during the said activities or events, shall be charged separately and reimbursed to the Department.

(3) The fees indicated in the First Schedule shall be charged for each day that these facilities are used:

Provided that if the facilities are used for a period between four (4) and seven (7) consecutive days, the fee shall be reduced by ten per cent (10%) while there shall be a reduction of twenty per cent (20%) if the facilities are used for a period of eight (8) days or more.
