Applications for annual renewal of an employment licence in terms of article 11(3) of the Immigration Act, in respect of

(a) Asylum seekers, recognised refugees, beneficiaries of subsidiary protection and persons granted analogous Payable on issue: forms of protection €40 EMPLOYMENT LICENCES

(b) All other third country nationals Payable on application: €250

(c) Third country nationals applying for a secondary employment licence Payable on application: €150

(d) EU nationals and their family members, long term residents who are Payable on entitled to a backdated employment licence application: €60
