The fees listed in the Schedule shall be payable to the Director responsible for Animal Welfare.

Schedule (regulation 2)

The applicable fees for the licensing of Pet Boarding accommodation establishments:

(a) First registration for a Pet Boarding €800 accommodation establishment

(b) Renewal of the licence of a Pet €200 Boarding accommodation establishment holding ten (10) animals or less

(c) Renewal of the licence of a Pet €400 Boarding accommodation establishment holding more than ten (10) animals

The applicable fees for the registration of Pet Sitting accommodations:

(a) First registration for a Pet Sitting €400 accommodation;

(b) Renewal of the registration of a Pet €100 Sitting accommodation
