S.L. 35.35 Art. 6Central Visa Authority may waive fees. 

Notwithstanding any other provision of these regulations, long-stay visa fees, for justified reasons, may be waived by the Central Visa Authority.

SCHEDULE

(Regulation 3)

The fees which shall be payable for the granting of a long-stay visa are the following:

(a) For employment or business purposes

(i) standard service €150

(ii) extended service €250

(b) For study or training purposes

(i) standard service €100

(ii) extended service €150

(c) For family reunification or family visit purposes

(i) standard service €150

(ii) extended service €250

(d) For any other purpose

(i) standard service €150

(ii) extended service €250

(e) Minors between the age of six (6) €50 to twelve (12) years for any purpose
