There shall be payable to the Superintendent of Public

Health the following fees for the following services:

(a) Basic Clinical Examination, including physical examination and urinalysis 11.65

(b) Investigations: Chest X-Ray 23.29 Electro cardiogram (ECG) 4.66 Pulmonary Function tests (PFT) 11.65 Audiogram 4.66 Brucella Serology 2.33 Stool Culture 11.65

(c) For specific investigations to be carried out: Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg Serology) 11.65 Hepatitis A —Serology 23.29 Venereal Disease Research Laboratory 6.99 Complete Blood Count (CBC) 11.65 Complete Blood Count with differential count 23.29 Urea (blood) 4.66 Electrolytes (blood) 9.32 Creatinine (blood) 4.66 Liver Function Tests (LFT) 25.62
