S.L. 35.22 Art. 5Exemption from obligation to pay fees. Cap. 492.

(1) The Minister may exempt charitable entities from paying the full fees as prescribed in these regulations.

(2) Non-government organisations registered under the Voluntary Organisations Act shall pay fifty per cent of the fees prescribed in these regulations.
