S.L. 345.30 Art. 3Requirement for appointment of a sponsor.

An issuer, that is not a public sector issuer, seeking approval for admissibility of securities on a local regulated market which requires the production of a prospectus or equivalent document, is required to appoint a sponsor who shall be registered with the competent authority in accordance with article 12B of the Act.
