S.L. 345.27 Art. 17Labelling.

(1) The competent authority shall ensure that the label

"European Covered Bond" and its official translation in all official languages of the Union is used only for covered bonds which meet the requirements laid down in the Act, in these regulations and in any Covered Bonds Rules issued under the Act or under these regulations.

(2) The competent authority shall ensure that the label "European Covered Bond (Premium)" and its official translation in all official languages of the Union is used only for covered bonds which meet the requirements laid down in the provisions of the Act, these regulations and of any Covered Bonds Rules issued under the Act or under these regulations and which meet the requirements of Article 129 of the CRR.
