S.L. 330.9 Art. 83Procedural obligations of resolution authorities.

(1) As soon as reasonably practicable, after taking a resolution action, the Resolution Committee shall comply with the requirements laid down in sub-regulations (2), (3) and (4).

(2) The Resolution Committee shall notify the institution under resolution and the following authorities:

(a) the Authority;

(b) the European regulatory authority of any branch of the institution under resolution;

(c) the Central Bank;

(d) the deposit guarantee scheme to which the credit institution under resolution is affiliated;

(e) where different, the body in charge of the resolution financing arrangements;

(f) where applicable, the European resolution authority acting as the group-level resolution authority;

(g) the Ministry responsible for Finance;

(h) where the institution under resolution is subject to supervision on a consolidated basis under Chapter 3 of
