S.L. 330.9 Art. 32AConditions for resolution with regard to a central body and credit institutions permanently affiliated to a central body.

When a resolution group complies as a whole with the conditions established in regulation 32(1), the Resolution Committee may take a resolution action in relation to a central body and all credit institutions permanently affiliated to it that are part of that same resolution group.
