S.L. 330.9 Art. 115Co-operation and co-ordination.

In the exercise of their powers to impose penalties, the

Resolution Committee shall:

(a) cooperate closely to ensure that administrative penalties or other administrative measures produce the desired results; and

(b) coordinate their action when dealing with cross-border cases.
