S.L. 330.9 Art. 113Powers to impose penalties by the Authority and the Resolution Committee.

The Authority and the Resolution Committee shall exercise their respective administrative powers to impose penalties in such a way as to ensure full and complete adherence to the requirements and obligations arising out of the Act and any regulations and Rules issued thereunder transposing the BRRD, either directly or in collaboration with other authorities, in terms of law and as warranted by the relevant circumstances.
