S.L. 330.9 Art. 11Information for the purpose of resolution plans and cooperation from the institution.

(1) The Resolution Committee may require institutions to:

(a) cooperate as much as necessary in the drawing up of resolution plans;

(b) provide them, either directly or through the Authority, with all of the information necessary to draw up and implement resolution plans. In particular the Resolution Committee may require, among other information, the information and analysis specified in Section B of the Schedule to these regulations.

(2) The Authority shall cooperate with the Resolution Committee in order to verify whether some or all of the information referred to in sub-regulation (1) is already available. Where such information is available, the Authority shall provide that information to the Resolution Committee.
