S.L. 330.9 Art. 105Alternative funding means.

Financing arrangements shall be enabled to contract borrowings or other forms of support from institutions, financial institutions or other third parties in the event that the amounts raised in accordance with regulation 103 are not sufficient to cover the losses, costs or other expenses incurred by the use of the financing arrangements, and the extraordinary ex-post contributions provided for in regulation 104 are not immediately accessible or sufficient.
