S.L. 330.6 Art. 25Cooperation with third-country competent authorities.

Article 48(1) and (2) of Directive 2013/36/EU, Article 10a of Directive 98/78/EC and Article 264 of Directive 2009/138/EC

shall apply to the negotiation of agreements with mutatis mutandis one or more third countries regarding the means of exercising supplementary supervision of regulated entities in a financial conglomerate.
