S.L. 330.6 Art. 10Stress testing.

The Authority when acting as coordinator may, whenever it deems it appropriate, require financial conglomerates to undertake regular stress testing within the meaning of the Financial Conglomerates Directive and, in this respect, the Authority shall cooperate fully with other competent authorities when acting as coordinators.
