S.L. 330.20 Art. 3Applicability.  Cap. 574.

(1) Without prejudice to sub-regulation (2), these regulations shall apply to the financial entities referred to in Article 2(1) of the DORA Regulation.

(2) The DORA Regulation and these regulations shall not apply to:

(a) the entities referred to in Article 2(3) of the DORA Regulation; and

(b) the Malta Development Bank established by article 3 of the Malta Development Bank Act.
