Subject to the provisions of the Act, any person in respect of whom a decision is taken by the Authority under the Act, these regulations or the DORA Regulation, may appeal to the Financial Services Tribunal in terms of article 21 of the Act and the provisions of the said article shall apply. mutatis mutandis
