S.L. 330.18 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Malta

Financial Services Authority Act (Packaged Retail and Insurance-Based Investment Products (PRIIPs)) Regulations.

(2) The purpose of these regulations is to implement the relevant provisions of the PRIIPs Regulation as herein defined and these regulations shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.
