S.L. 330.16 Art. 1Citation, scope and commencement.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Malta

Financial Services Authority Act (Pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP)) Regulations.

(2) The purpose of these regulations is to implement the relevant provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on a pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP).

(3) These regulations shall enter into force on such date as the Minister may establish by notice in the Gazette.
